Kenmore - Cozy Spaces Completed by Natural Greenscapes LLC Located in the heart of Kenmore, the Cozy Spaces by Natural Greenscapes LLC has transformed a small backyard space into a personal oasis and retreat for our clients to relax and enjoy. This alone, with regard to both the craftsmanship and design, showcases the artist and builder's ability to exceed our client's expectations and demonstrate what differentiates Natural Greenscapes from our competitors in the landscape profession (both customary and those focused on eco-therapy) in the greater Seattle area, including the Beaux Arts Village / Bellevue, etc. Our began with a full site assessment. Our clients had expressed their wishes that they wanted a place outdoors where they could do multiple things that would incorporate into the surrounding landscape. While a bit of a slope existed, our team dreamed up strategies by both grading and utilizing a locally sourced natural stone retaining wall to create level areas for seating and gardening. The Cozy Spaces features a wonderful stone patio made of a flagstone that is very durable and fits well with our Pacific Northwest surroundings, and the patio space flows into a cozy seating area around a fire pit with a custom-built seating arrangement. This space was also designed efficiently to hold family gatherings on the weekends, evenings with family, or nights looking up at the stars. Lush plantings, utilizing native shrugs and perennials, were strategically layered to retain interest throughout the year and provide an ecological balance to the landscape. The rain garden was implemented within the to assure that stormwater runoff would be handled while also contributing to the sustainability of the area, as well as providing unique design to the landscape. Finally, soft landscape lighting was installed in a way that would highlight key features and cast a warm light during evening gatherings. Ultimately, our clients were thrilled with their personal oasis, which reflects their lifestyle and values. This completed represents Natural Greenscape's dedication to quality workmanship, innovative design, and client satisfaction, while it is still making an impact in Kenmore and in the surrounding communities.
