About This Project

Backyard Pavillian with Patio and Firepit Classic Stonescaping & Gardens is very excited to share this renovation, which completely enhances the outdoor experience in Northern Virginia, called "Backyard Pavilion with Patio and Fire Pit" . This was based in the heart of Fairfax County and definitely created an enjoyable and usable space for family gatherings or to entertain. This features a beautiful pavilion constructed out of cedar wood that functions well for all seasons. Besides the pavilion, the also hopes to utilize a large patio space. The patio is constructed out of natural stone and looks elegant and simply withstand the use. The choice of flagstone generously matched to surrounding areas, scenerically blending the patio with the main newly designed backyard. An additional challenge of the was grading out the sloping existing backyard, so the pavilion and patio could be placed level. Extensive grading was necessary to ensure drainage and to properly level the pavilion and patio. Fortunately our dedicated team was willing and able to thinking outside the box to allow this obstacle to not be an issue for building a level structure. It was also necessary to build a custom firepit stub external to the pavilion but with access through the pavilion. The firepit was designed to be safe and create warmth for the entire patio. This turned out to be an outstanding outdoor area that is not only functional, but has beauty as well. The pavilion, along with patio and fire pit, creates the perfect area for family gatherings, celebrations, or simply star gazing._Lastly_, the client was exceptionally pleased, and in their words, was able to not only increase property value, but also enjoy an incredible space that they could produce many meaningful experiences and memories.
