So opens the for Events at Barrels & Branches. Situated in the center of Southern California, "Events at Barrels & Branches" is the ultimate in outdoor transformation, brought to you by the fantastic team at Barrels & Branches. Designed to foster a beautiful yet functional space for gatherings, this serves the enchanting communities of Cardiff By The Sea, Carlsbad, Del Mar, Encinitas and beyond by embodying the stunning juxtaposition of natural surroundings and contemporary sophistication. The uneven landscape with areas of hard and minimal access created a scenario that required the creative distribution of other landscaping components at the time of the commencement. Incorporating regional materials, we made a place for itself in the landscape with high materials like local stone, reclaimed wood, from sustainably-harvested rainforest, or native drought-tolerant plants reflecting coastal areas. At the core of this is a beautiful patio built from natural stone pavers, offering an attractive and resilient surface for functions. We wrapped the patio in gardens of California native plants that blossom into color and texture, attracting wildlife and requiring less upkeep to care for. We also installed some custom interior lighting throughout to define paths within the space and to highlight some of the design elements. A lovely pergola, constructed from reclaimed timber, provides shade and adds a structural element with climbers to grow over time. The end result you have for "Events at Barrels & Branches" is a stunning landscape that perfectly blends function with form. A space that can be used for weddings, festivities and community events brought to life our clients vision which was only conceptual. Remarkably positive feedback around the solace and aesthetic beauty experienced by clients and guests immersed in the inviting atmosphere.
