Type: Artisan Home Resorts, kitchens, Arbors & more Located in Silicon Valley, Artisan Home Resorts proudly features 'Kitchens, Arbors, & More', an outdoor area that creates a perfect balance between efficiency and nature. From the lively neighborhoods of Campbell, Cupertino, and Los Altos, we worked with our client to create an outdoor kitchen, beautiful arbors, and gardens to fit their lifestyle. The new owners had this upwards of 100 square metre outdoor kitchen with a brick oven, combined with a lean-to for the dog; but this hectic scene was no accident it began with meticulous planning. The kitchen is sophisticated, but constructed of strong, all-weather materials including high-end granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. With the installation of the custombuilt pergola which gives shade while providing a much more inviting feeling to outdoor dining. The natural topography of the site presented a challenge in its entirety so our designers used terracing to make the cooking, lounging and gardening spaces specific. Not only did this technique maximize space, but it also comprised an aesthetic portion of the landscape. In choosing native plants and drought-tolerant landscape elements, we strived for sustainability with a diverse flora that attracts resident forest creatures. The end result is a beautiful combination of hardscaping combined with softscaping that directs movement between the outdoor kitchen and beautiful garden pathways. The client loves that they now have an outdoor space that truly reflects their lifestyle and has added tremendous value to their home.
