About This Project

33rd - A Revitalizing Landscape Design by M&T Landscape Studios Located in San Diego, the 33rd by M&T Landscape Studios showcases our overall quality and design endeavors. This full-service landscape has transformed a neglected outdoor space, to a beautiful oasis that fits in with the natural context of the site. The case site featured an array of drought tolerant plants, including succulents and natives, to improve the aesthetics and sustainability of the . Next, we installed elegant flagstone pathways that invite visitors into and around the lush garden. We even installed custom built seating areas out of reclaimed wood. The difficult aspects of this were uneven terrain and poor soil conditions. The team utilized grading techniques and quality soil amendments to create a sustainable landscape. We also used durable and eco-friendly materials suitable for the coastal San Diego climate while ensuring longevity and low maintenance for our client. The end product is a beautiful landscape that invites visitors to relax and enjoy. A calming water feature adds to soothing sounds of flowing water and invites guests to explore the entire landscape. The clients were ecstatic for their revitalized and transformed outdoor space to not only enjoy with friends and family but to also gaze and enjoy in solitude.
