This complete landscape involved the design and building of the ideal ""backyard paradise"" to relax and entertain guests. The utilized a combination of drought-tolerant native plants, ornamental grasses, and colorful flower beds - all chosen for their durable and beauty. Our craftsmen installed an elaborate stone pathway and sustainably sourced hardwood decking to create a functional yet aesthetic outdoor space finished to all existing architecture. One issue we solved was the slope of the yard which necessitated a drainage detail to enhance water management and hosting erosion issues. The solution was to create a tiered garden detail, in addition to decorative retaining walls that served a function yet provided visual texture. Overall, the site finished as a beautiful outdoor retreat outfitted with ambient lighting, a rustic fire pit, and beautiful natural sitting area surrounded by greenery. The mindful approach to products and plants created a low-maintenance landscape with year-round color.
