About This Project

Two Walkways - Northford TJB-INC Landscape & Drainage Contractor is pleased to introduce our 'Two Walkways - Northford' as a beautiful addition to the outdoor aesthetics and funtionality of this residence. This , located in the quaint Northford community, consisted of the design and construction of two elegant walkways whose shape, tone, color, material and texture are designed to connect the front yard to the backyard in a cohesive flow through the landscape. As always, we used the finest locally sourced materials and constructed the walkways with a mix of natural stone pavers and decorative gravel. The natural stone pavers and gravel complement the natural setting of the landscape, while also being durable and easy to maintain. Although beautiful, the site was very challenging due to the area being uneven, requiring very careful grading and drainage to keep the walkways from being washed away and eroded by mowers. We led with a thematic approach by not only designing the interior of the walkways but also considering the surrounding landscape. There are native plants buffering the edges of the walkways that serve both functionally and aesthetically. Additionally, we were given the opportunity to install low voltage lights along the walkways for additional safety and aesthetics. All angles and curves were carefully constructed to provide a seamless landscape through the interior of the walkways. Overall TJB-INC is pleased that we provided this couple with both functional walkways and a visual centerpiece for the beauty and elegance of their home! We brought this dream to reality and shared our quality craftsmanship with both satisfied customers and the community!
