Locally owned and operated — that is how our business rolls. Gaia Creations is co-owned by Stephanie and Brian Ladwig-Cooper. Seventeen years after starting our family business in 2000 we continue working with ecological design and implementation principles. We are C-27 licensed landscape contractors, with permaculture design and greywater installation certificates. Our best-practice and experience based land care business started in response to a local bioregional need for ecologically minded land management. Before we began Gaia Creations in 2000 there were no landscape companies chemical-free and ecologically sound in the Chico region. Luckily, plenty of businesses today care about the environment.
