Once configured, the Beta-1 employs a small IR (infrared) emitter/sending unit to communicate with the mini-split, replicating the commands that the remote control would typically send. This seamless automation ensures your living or working environment remains comfortable without the need for manual temperature adjustments.

Please note, that the Beta-1 is currently incompatible with mini-split systems from certain brands, including Daiken, Mr. Cool, Innovair, Cooper, and Hunter. This allows users to understand any potential limitations before integrating the Beta-1 with their existing systems.
