Amblyseius cucumeris sachets on a stick are perfect for early propagation protection. Place one sachet on a stick in each propagation tray, pot or hanging basket. Your crop will be protected before the Thrips larvae have a chance to become a problem. Amblyseius cucumeris is a predator that feeds on a wide range of small arthropod prey. Besides small thrips and mites it will prey on spider mites, but does not offer significant control. Because Amblyseius cucumeris is small, it feeds only on the smaller thrips larvae and cannot attack large larvae or adults. For best results it is necessary to have as many predatory mites present as possible to prevent thrips larvae reaching maturity.
