Description

Athena Cuts Rooting Gel is a top-tier rooting gel meticulously crafted to foster the propagation of new plants from stem and leaf cuttings taken from mother plants. Enriched with an essential plant hormone, it stimulates root generation and growth.

This water-based gel envelops and seals the tissue surrounding the cut stem, delivering a blend of hormones, nutrients, and vitamins readily absorbed by the plant, nurturing prolific root cell development. Athena Cuts is suitable for various cuttings, including woody, herbaceous, flowers, ornamentals, vegetables, and fruit trees.

Application Instructions:

  1. Dispense a small amount of Athena Cuts Rooting Gel into a separate container.
  2. Obtain cuttings from healthy mother plants and trim them to lengths ranging from 2 to 8 inches.
  3. Make cuts at a 45-degree angle on the stem.
  4. Dip the cut end of the stem into Athena Cuts gel to the desired depth or immerse it in water until ready for dipping.
  5. After applying Athena Cuts gel, place the cuttings into a cloning system or rooting medium.
  6. Depending on the variety, roots may emerge within days or weeks of dipping. Once the cuttings have been rooted, transplant clones.

Best Practices:

  • Take cuttings solely from new growth on healthy mother plants.
  • Refrain from dipping cuttings directly into the container of gel.
  • Please dispose of the used gel; avoid reusing it for subsequent applications.
