Maxima 1 Creeping Red Fescue Seed matures into a highly stress tolerant fescue variety with exceptionally good disease-resistance. It is a fine fescue and has narrow, deep green blades. It's resistant to down treading, and works just as well in in ornamental turf as it does for landscape. It fits very well in different types of mixtures. It can be grown in one place for many years and maintains a nice appearance throughout the entire year. This variety is undemanding of the soil and regrows quickly after cutting. Creeping Red Fescue is a cool season grass used in the cooler temperate regions of the North.
