Beans, Fava Broad Windsor - 1/2lb

Broad beans are neither a “pole” nor a “bush” type bean. The sturdy bushes produce one of the tastiest of all dried beans and produces the largest seeds, about 1in in diameter and about 1/4 in thick. When eaten at the shelling stage, they have a delicious sweet mild flavor. Young pods can also be eaten like snap beans.
