These microgreens sport beautiful red ruby stems with elongated green leaves. They have a mild, delicate spinach flavor which makes them a great addition to any salad. Also great for presentation with their amazing red stems. Broadcast sow in shallow containers year round in an indoor location with bright light. Supplemental bottom heat may aid germination. Keep evenly moist by watering from the bottom and rotate the container for even light coverage if needed. Harvest as soon as the second set of leaves form by making a clean cut through the base of stems with sharp scissors.
