Mid to Early maturity, high yielding vine (not a bush). Produces plump, sweet pods. An earlier, shorter-vined version of the original 'Sugar Snap' with better disease tolerance. Early yields are heavier, but the harvest time is shorter and flavor is good but not quite as sweet as the original 'Sugar Snap'. The vines are loaded with sweet, crisp, plump edible pods that are stingless, juicy and sweet. Eat them raw in salads. If cooked they do not lose their color or flavor. Yields well in both hot and cold weather.
