Description

ERETMOCERUS ERemicus is a specific natural enemy of whiteflies which can be used in the form of an efficient biocontrol product for whitefly management on greenhouse crops. The product consists of 60 cards and each card has 50 whitefly pupae. Total 3000 parasitized whitefly pupae are placed in a single box.It Integrates smoothly with multilevel pest control strategies, helping maintain the desired pest populations in crops without poisonous sprays. It employs dependable control with a staggered release system providing additional support for long-lasting protection across the entire range of greenhouse structures, indoor farms, nurseries and other horticultural spaces.

Eretmocerus eremicus parasitizes and feeds on whiteflies, causing Eretmocerus eremicus a diminutive parasitic wasp, to target the several immature stages of whiteflies such as Trialeurodes vaporariorum or Bemisia tabaci. They are targeted also for additional biological reasons: Females place their eggs underneath the nymphs; The larvae that emerge subsequently develop internally and kill the host.Within the populations of these wasps, there is also pest reduction by host-feeding. Female adults capture nymphs of whiteflies for the sake of proteins needed for fixing their tissues and thereby internally destroying the host in the long run, control to populations.

Eretmocerus eremicus is especially favorable in use for cold-resistant greenhouses, because his powers of endurance in hot climates and adaptation to different environmental settings is quite large.

Application and Deployment Strategy
Optimizing Deployment of the 60-Card Format

ERETLINE - 60 Card is designed for ease of application and flexibility. Each card has parasitized whitefly hosts that release live parasitoids over several days, thus providing an extended release period to match the lifecycle of the whitefly.

• Throughout the crop canopy, actively infested areas are the best locations for cards to be hung.

• Evenly distribute card placement to prevent overlaps.

• Out of direct sunlight, high humidity, or treated with pesticides zones.

• Cards must not be folded or pierced in any way.

Release frequency is not fixed and will depend on crop density, infestation level, and environmental conditions. Whitefly activity should be monitored closely and adjusted as needed.

Crop Compatibility and Use Environments
Suitable Areas and Plant Species

ERETLINE - 60 Card enables efficient utilization of aerial space by growers in small greenhouses, container gardens, or individual production blocks. It is well suited for:

• Vegetables from greenhouses like peppers, tomatoes, and cucumbers.

• Ornamental crops like geraniums, begonias, and poinsettias.

• Leafy greens and other common culinary herbs.

• Nursery plants with high market value.

• Hydroponic systems and vertical farms indoors.

It perfectly complements existing Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approaches as it eliminates whitefly problems without organics and chemical-free, residue-free solutions.Key Benefits of ERETLINE - 60 Card
Why Growers Choose This Format

• Precise delivery of 3000 parasitoids using 60 hanging cards.
• Effective against all key pest species of whiteflies.
• Dual action suppression: parasitism and feeding on the host.
• Works well in warm and humid environments.
• No chemical residues and safe for edible crops.
• Supportive of beneficial insects and pollinators.
• Reduces reliance on chemical pesticides.
• Simple to deploy with a low training requirement.
• Great for specialized production areas or smaller greenhouses.

Storage and Handling Guidelines

Keep ERETLINE - 60 Card in a stable environment of 43 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit until use. The product cannot be frozen. To achieve the best hatching rates, use it within the supplier’s specified time.

Avoid contaminating or crushing the cards or bending them. For optimal results, hang them directly in areas affected by whitefly activity.

Final Words

ERETLINE - 60 Card - 3000 Individuals – Eretmocerus eremicus is specifically designed to give precise control to those growers who prefer a more sustainable approach. This compact form is best for smaller scale operations, research labs or early stage infestations needing a lighter touch, but no less effective outcome.

For proactive management, introduce these parasitoids early in the crop cycle and combine them with appropriate monitoring methods and other compatible beneficials within an integrated biological defense framework.
