It includes a US transformer, cover, DLFC and DLFC retainer for easy installation and dependable performance. The bezel is not affixed, however the DLFC retainer is in the package (in a 1/2QC x 1/2FNPT) if you need it (this is a mandatory accessory for all 5800 valves).
