How AIO Technology Works

Air Pocket Oxidation

It means all waste water flows upward through the filter during a regeneration cycle (see below) and air is drawn into the top of the tank resulting in an air chamber above the media. This results in water that comes in contact with iron, manganese and/or hydrogen sulphide found in the incoming water, where it converts them into solid particles that can be trapped in the media bed.

Four-Cycle Operation

There is a 4 stage cycle on all models, designed to ensure maximum media efficiency:

• Backwash: Removes the particulates clogged in the media bed
• Air Draw: Creates the Aire Pocket needed for oxidation
• Fast Rinse: Eliminates oxidized materials from the tank
• Service: Normal filtration operation

This self-repetitive scheme maintains the system completely self-sustained and highly efficient.

The latter are proven “everytime” metered digital valves with programmable cycles and 12V operation all with a backlit display, easy downflow regeneration, raise/lower buttons for the valve are separate from the programming buttons, and both provide simple operation and years of reliable service.

• 2510SXT: High flow commercial grade tank with side mounted 2510SXT air-induction injector

All control valves offer an automatic air draw and regeneration cycle that minimizes user intervention.
