Latini Lab Conch cum Refiner is an essential machine for chocolate manufacturers who are consistently striving to improve their products and to develop newer and better products. The Conch is equipped with hot water jacketing with a built-in water heating system. It's easy to open the front door for material removal and cleaning for different products such as dark to white chocolates, etc.

This small piece of equipment has full functions of refining, grinding, and deodorizing the products. Hundreds of spring-loaded flaps work continuously to ensure a very fine paste of the product. This machine is available in many bigger sizes also. This Conch can also be used to refine many of the non-chocolate products such as creams made of milk powder etc.
