For over 95 years, Latini-Hohberger Dhimantec, based in Elmhurst, IL, USA, has been supplying complete candy manufacturing and packaging machines for the confectionery manufacturing industry in over 50 countries. 

We also design and manufacture batching, blending, cooking, forming, coating, cooling, and wrapping machines and systems for the production of hard candies, lollipops, toffees, caramels, gum, gummies, coated products, and chocolates, among other products.


The Latini line of lab equipment is a great introduction to short-run confectionery manufacturing. It includes the key candy manufacturing machines, including: cooker, conche refiner, pulling machine, drop roller, depositor, and coating pans.
