Lesco All Pro Transition Tall Fescue Grass Seed

Lesco All Pro Transition Grass Seed provides a durable turf that tolerates drought, heat, shade, and traffic. The varieties in All Pro Transition Grass Seed contain endophytes to increase resistance to surface feeding insects. When seeded at recommended rates, this blend will form a dense, fine textured turf with excellent mowing qualities. All Pro Transition Blend components have undergone turf trials to screen for desirable traits including disease resistance.

Directions:

New Lawn Installation:

• 8-10 lbs. per 1,000 sqft.
• Soil must be fully prepared before seeding.  Free from all vegetation and soil must be loose and not compacted.
• Apply Starter Fertilizer.  Apply lime if needed.  
• Top-dress seed with SeedAide Cover Grow starting mulch for faster germination

Aeration & Overseeding:

• 4-6 lbs. per 1,000 sqft. depending on existing condition of turf.
• Core aeration loosens soil and relieves compaction.  Overseed after aeration
• Apply Starter Fertilizer.  Apply lime if needed.
• Top-dress any bare areas with SeedAide Cover Grow starting mulch for faster germination.
