Description
Our soil moisture sensor reader sets the standard in interfaces and is compatible with WatchDog weather stations, mini stations, and micro stations. It features a 2.5mm stereo pin connector and operates on a power range of 3 to 5V, consuming only 6 to 10mA.
The output is an analog voltage directly proportional to the excitation voltage (ranging from 0.5 to 1.5V for a 3V excitation). With a wide measurement range from 0% VWC to saturation, it delivers precise readings with a resolution of 0.1% VWC.
This reliable soil sensor reader ensures accuracy, maintaining a 3% VWC accuracy when EC is less than 8 mS/cm.
