Vacuum batch cooker for various kinds of high-quality confectionery products. Completely constructed of stainless steel, the VC-45 is equipped with a high-performance delivering system. Our vacuum batch cookers dependably yield a high quality, low moisture candy mass for the production of hard sugar candies. The specially engineered cookers ensure a light-colored candy, formed with precise control , and are also ideally suited for the production of sugar-free candies.
