Summits Classical Bluestone Patio & Fire Pit by Land Identity Land Identity has designed an outdoor space where there was once an ordinary backyard in the heart of Summit, with the completion of the Summits Classical Bluestone Patio & Fire Pit . This stunning installation is accented with high-quality bluestone pavers, selected for their natural beauty and durability. The design of the patio balances the natural aesthetics of the landscape while standing the test of time. A distinctive feature of this installation is the fire pit that was carefully constructed to be the focal point for gathering and relaxation. Utilizing the same bluestone as the patio space, it enhances the appearance of the outdoor space while providing warmth and comfort for family and friends to enjoy evening gatherings as the perfect place to enjoy s'mores and storytelling under the stars. In the course of the building process, Land Identity overcame site grading and drainage challenges. While the storm water drains naturally and smoothly from the surface to the existing profile, we also introduced native plant materials, which aided in water absorption and retained the natural aesthetics of the landscape. The intricacies of cutting the stone and laying the patio were well thought out for a polished end to the . The beauty of the outdoor space matches its functionality in bringing elegance and ease as an extension of their home. Our clients were excited when we were finished, expressing joy at enjoy the inviting atmosphere, and experience of the work done by Land Identity.
