The Resort at North Caldwell serves the towns of Berkeley Heights, Florham Park, Livingston, Madison, Millburn, Morristown, Mountainside, New Providence, Scotch Plains, Summit, Warren Township, West Orange and Westfield. The showcases our unparalleled quality and innovation incarnated in many of the . The core concept of The Resort at North Caldwell is a synthesis of natural beauty and function. We designed abundant gardens with native plants, augmenting the aesthetics of the landscape while welcoming local biodiversity as an added benefit. It was important to select the toughest materials possible, such as the natural stone pathways and wood pergolas, to entice the user to stay and enjoy the space. The primary challenge of the was the varying elevation of the site and the water moving off the slope. Our talented landscape architects determined the best grading plan for the site that would allow for runoff yet keep any natural undulation of the land. The thoughtfulness of the grading ensured that the landscape would function well with water, even in heavy rain. The end product is simply stunning. Colorful flower beds greet users, exploring pathways encourage you to continue your destination, and serene lounging areas offer a perfect viewpoint to enjoy the space. An incredible water feature with waterfalls and koi ponds serves as the centerpiece of the , complete with the soundtrack of moving water adding to the relaxing and calm experience. Not only did we elevate the aesthetic value of the property, but it has also become one of their most cherished places to gather with family and friends.
