### Lawn Care by Teddy's Lawn & Landscape Teddy's Lawn & Landscape is proud to turn your outdoor living space into a vibrant green retreat. The we want to share today, "Lawn Care", was a recent complete designed and installed in Dearborn Heights, MI. This was the transformation of a degraded, patchy lawn that occurred over years of neglect. We started with a Luster of Soil Test, followed by aeration of the existing topsoil to encourage free-root growth. The grass was a blend of Kentucky Bluegrass and Perennial Ryegrass, selected for its climate resilience, while maintaining a lush green color. Our obstacles during this included an uneven terrane that would lead to drainage issues. Our skilled landscape team was able to regrade the lawn to improve water run-off and avoid standing water that would damage grass roots in the future. Along the edges of the property, we included eco-friendly mulch that would serve as a design feature while retaining moisture and preventing weed growth. During the , the team worked diligently throughout the installation while keeping an open line of communication with the client to optimize the vision they imagined for their landscape. When completed, the new lawn was an expanse of lush green that elevated the punctually of the property, and created a new space for recreation for the family. Our client conveyed their satisfaction with our attention to detail on the installation and our professionalism during the service.
