Showcase: Before & After by Teddy's Lawn & Landscape Teddy's Lawn & Landscape is delighted to share our latest Before and After, which is a remarkable testament to our commitment to quality and creativity. This , located in the heart of Allen Park, Michigan, exemplifies our philosophy of beautifying and enhancing residents' outdoor spaces around our service areas including Dearborn, Southfield, and Royal Oak. The task was to take a yard that was previously uninviting and unusable, and create an outdoor oasis. We began the process by assessing the existing landscape, then identifying obtrusive overgrown bushes, and areas with varying grades. Our vision was to create a peaceful outdoor retreat that was functional, as well as visually beautiful. We started by removing invasive plant species and leveling the ground so that it would create an inviting courtyard. We designed a stunning variety of native plants, including colorful perennials and ornamental grasses to promote biodiversity while being mindful of a low maintenance garden. Hard surface products were sourced from manufacturers whose products were high quality and landscape friendly. A natural stone pathway offers an aesthetically pleasing way to navigate to a cozy seating area that includes custom benches and decorative planters. While execution had its hurdles such as poor soil and drainage, our skilled crews quickly identified and installed an extensive drainage system that would prolong the lives of our landscape improvements. The attention to detail ultimately yielded a lush garden that both the client and the neighborhood could be proud of. The result is a breathtaking transformation that seamlessly blends nature and design. We couldn't have been more pleased when the clients expressed they were excited for summer to be able to enjoy their new patio area!
