Water Feature at Landscape and Their Maintenance At Prunin Arboriculture & Landscape, we recently concluded a spectacular water feature that turned an ordinary backyard into a calming oasis. Serving the active neighborhoods between Aliso Viejo and Laguna Beach, we designed and installed a multi-tiered pond and waterfall system with care, using natural stone and aquatic plants to complement each other to reach a balanced hybrid of nature and art. The materials were top-of-the-line, including local flagstone and reinforced concrete, which give more durability and more aesthetically appealing flagstone options were used. Due to complications in the site's topography which could not be surveyed which required unusually creative engineering solutions to manage the water flow within the landscape. The skilled team was able to construct a sophisticated drainage system to the doubting that was efficient and consistent with the surrounding landscape. One of the focal points of the water feature was the waterfall that flows over smooth granite boulders which provides relaxing sounds of running water and attracts the local animals, creating a relaxing environment for the homeowners. To maximize the design, we used local plants and times paddled down for native plants to produce a beautiful way to view the water feature during the day as well as provide night vision with installed LED lights. The end result was total enthusiasm for the . The homeowner is pleased with their fantastic view from their patio, as well as being able to escape in their backyard. Moving forward, our maintenance approach was to develop a plan and a service touching on the best-suited maintenance for the water feature that maximizes the sustainable ecology, allows for maintainability during the landscaping seasons, accountability, and efficiency in establing contracts with the homeowner's quality of service while enjoying the water feature at the same time.
