Prunin Arboriculture & Landscape - 7 Eco-Friendly Landscape Design Tips The '7 Eco-Friendly Landscape Design Tips' was an exciting initiative at Prunin Arboriculture & Landscape where we were able to demonstrate our commitment to ecologically responsible landscaping in Aliso Viejo and Coto De Caza. This was focused on creating a beautiful outdoor space that was ecologically sound. We designed an environmentally friendly landscape using native plants, drought-tolerant plants, and organic materials to amend the soil. Our design uses little water while maximizing aesthetic quality. We installed permeable pavements to allow rain to absorb into the ground to minimize runoff and recharge groundwater. Furthermore, we incorporated reused wood to create garden borders and benches, combining function with sustainability. One of the biggest challenges we had was taking a sloped area prone to erosion and converting it to a functioning vibrant garden. As a solution, we decided to terrace the area and place boulders around the garden, as these provided visual interest, and boulders also helped stabilize the soil. The end product resulted in a remarkable combination of color and texture that has excited our clients and provided them with a peaceful escape to nature. Our design addressed our client's needs as well as being a good example of environmentally conscious landscaping in Laguna Beach, Lake Forest, and surrounding locations. Overall, we seek to raise the bar of quality and sustainability in every we take on, so that our clients can enjoy their outdoor spaces while being good sustainable stewards of this planet.
