Lots Of Pots - The White Pear LLC, Design & Build The White Pear LLC is pleased to present our 'Lots Of Pots' , an exciting example of our artistic landscaping and design work. This backyard, located in Aloha, was transformed from a mundane space into a stunning short shrub botanical garden that stops people in their tracks!!! The centerpiece of this are the extraordinary custom designed planters I had the pleasure of designing. Care was taken to provide pots out of strong weather resistant materials, designed to withstand the varying Pacific Northwest Climate. Ranging from sophisticated ceramic finishes to rustic wood finishes, this palette of pots aimed to bring harmony from a variety of colors and textures. We drew from a selection of common plant palettes, including annuals, perennials, and herb selections, bringing something for all seasons and a sensory experience for any time of year. One of the main challenges was to lay out the pots in a way that maximized sun and shade, while at the same time producing an enjoyable and cohesive appearance. We met the challenge by carefully selecting pot placement to maximize light for sun tolerant plants and shade for lower light tolerant plants. This way, it maintained a cohesive visual but still supported plant health. The resulting final is a magnificent outdoor space that invites visitors to relax and enjoy. Our client was ecstatic with the transformation and found great pleasure in how the pots created a cohesive visual as well as movement throughout the space. The 'Lots Of Pots' is more than just a landscape design ; it's an expression of all that is beautiful in nature, design, and the artistry of The White Pear LLC.
