West Hills In Progress The White Pear LLC, Design & Build, is excited to introduce 'West Hills In Progress,' a unique landscaping overhaul that showcases our commitment to craftsmanship and inspiration. Located in the beautiful area of West Hills, this was a complete redesign of a residential yard that emphasizes both function and aesthetics. Our experienced team included a variety of native plant material to achieve a nature-inspired landscape that blends into the ecology. High-quality materials were also utilized, such as locally sourced stone for paths and rot-resistant hardwood for the raised garden beds, to create an inviting experience that not only added curb appeal but allowed for green living. One of the largest obstacles we overcome for the was the existing property slope, which required terracing and retaining wall applications to manage erosion and provide accessibility. Our adept designers chose to implement a system of retaining walls made from natural stone, which offered tiered planting options that provided both function and stability. The end result includes a thoughtful plan that integrates colorful gardens, water features, and gathering areas for park-like outdoor living. The clients were thrilled with their transformation, sharing that the adjustments provide a zone for entertaining guests and a reprieve for evenings alone.
