Narrative: Landscape Design Drawings By The White Pear LLC, Design & Build The White Pear LLC is excited to share our landscape design drawings , which is a beautiful transformation of outdoor spaces for our clients in the Pacific Northwest. The highlights our dedication to quality, creativity, and customer service, and was completed in areas ranging from Aloha to Washougal. When the commenced, we started with a full consultation process to gather the client’s vision and preferences. The design features a mix of native plants, beautiful hardscaping, and useful outdoor living spaces that bring forth the elegance of Oregon’s natural landscape. Using local stone and sustainably sourced materials ensured full integration with the site environment. The design features a large natural stone patio which is perfect for entertaining, a custom fire pit with plenty of seating around it, and perennial gardens with seasonal colors and blooms, as well as a water feature that adds tranquility while attracting local wildlife. Our team faced issues with uneven site grades and drainage. However, we effectively planned and implemented creative solutions that produced an appealing, functional, and sustainable landscape. The team successfully navigated these challenges while fulfilling all structural and environmental constraints. What the clients received was a spectacular outdoor oasis, one that they will enjoy for years to come while enhancing their property value. With lush gardens, inviting areas to gather with family and friends, and harmonious blend of hardscaping and softscaping, this showcases what we’re capable of at The White Pear LLC.
