SUBDIVISION: Majors Mill Crossing | LOCATION: Cumming, GA Completed by Greenshooz Landscaping Greenshooz Landscaping is excited to showcase the landscap he has completed in this stunning before after transformation work at Majors Mill Crossing Subdivision in Cumming, GA. This was created with the intention of beautifying and increasing curb appeal for the community as well as an inviting atmosphere for residents within the peace of the surrounding area. The design team painstakingly integrated an overall landscape plan with native plants, creative flower beds, and long-lasting hardscaping. We used quality materials, such as natural stone paths and decorative boulders used to pull visual focus in several locations throughout the subdivision. By choosing not to but drought-resistant plants, sustainability is guaranteed, and home owners have to put lesser efforts into maintenance, which is good for the community. We encountered a few issues with some of the issues regarding uneven ground and localised poor soil drainage and this has been a challenge throughout the . We used a grading plan that has strategic drainage so that water flowing down the side would run away from the house into the landscaping areas where the plants would absorb it and would make a run for it before it could pool and become an issue, and implemented it so that we could do away with that by simply not allowing it to pool to begin with.Collection of soil type data can be done either through soil coring or simply running a soil excavator. Under the leadership of our team, an entire ecosystem was brought together; everything was well-orchestrated in the landscape. The end result is one of the most incredible yards with winding walks, enticing areas to sit, and riotously planted gardens of color all the time of the year. Homeowners, community members, and us as a group thoroughly applauded the as it drastically improved the aesthetics and functionality of the outdoor environment surrounding the Perare School.
