### Mountain Retreat Theme, San Juan Capistrano My Garden: Landscape Design by Wayne finished the 'Mountain Retreat Theme', located in San Juan Capistrano. This reflects our dedication to quality and creativity through landscaping. The vast outdoor space was designed and installed with the intention of making a serene space in the vein of a mountain retreat, combining the natural environment and modern amenities seamlessly. Featured elements include a curated selection of native, mostly drought-tolerant perennials and colorful succulents that thrive in the climate of Southern California. We used rustic stone pathways and local boulders in the construction of retaining walls to create an organic flow across the landscape. A tranquil water feature was constructed - with a waterfall was built to create soothing sounds, provide a natural habitat for bird and wildlife, and enhance the feeling of a retreat and tranquility. We were challenged with maintaining drainage of the seasonal rains, and achieving natural slope sustainability and form. We accomplished this with innovative grading methods while installing a unique drainage systems, that will help the longevity of the landscape. The garden came out splendid. The client was excited their new outdoor space, which could be used for family gatherings or quiet time watching the stars while being reminded of their trip to the mountains. My Garden takes exceptional pride in this work as we provide consistent craftsmanship and consideration to every detail, making it like no other garden in our portfolio to date.
