The incorporated a nice combination of rich perennial gardens, sophisticated hardscaping, and a defined selection of trees and shrubs. Garden paths were created with natural stone pavers to ensure durability, while enhancing the quality and look that complements the home’s style. Our team’s favorite and a significant addition were the seasonal colorful flowers we selected and continuously updated each season that added seasonal color that adds so much character. One of the major challenges we faced was to solve drainage issues that had plagued many of these properties before renovation. Our landscape architect team prepared a grading plan to consider thousands of gallons of water flowing on the property earned through the home owning experience, while tedious, offered solutions to keep or introduce radiant beauty in the landscape. The outcome? A sequence of amazing front entries that not only solved the issues of the property before, but delighted our clients with the enchantment returned while enjoying sitting outside to consult with friends and family the improvements or just the enhanced charm of the front landscape. Homeowners now have inviting outdoor living spaces that not only welcome visitors, but make an impression to invoke conversation on the selection of plants and trees.
