Tiburon Estate by Buchholz Landscaping The Tiburon Estate , located within the beautiful hills of Tiburon, is a demonstration of the artistry and craftsmanship that Buchholz Landscaping has become known for in Marin County and the greater San Francisco Bay Area similarly. The estate encompasses a large property beautifully balanced with natural beauty and formalism, all organized and designed to enhance the property’s stunning views and beautiful outdoors. While fulfilling this work, our team ran into some obstacles, including steep grades and differing soil types. To achieve stability and long-standing quality, we chose the best quality local materials, including drought-resistant native plants, sustainable hardwood decking, and natural stone paver walkways that respond beautifully to the environment. The feature of the property is an infinity pool surrounded by lush plants and seating areas designed to welcome relaxation and gatherings. We implemented an efficient irrigation system to ensure water savings while providing the optimal amount of moisture to the plants we carefully selected. Also, we added exterior lighting at the appropriate places to highlight the features of the estate and illuminate the wonderful evenings outside. A custom fire pit, framed by native boulders and low-water perennial gardens, serves as an inviting gathering area for family and friends. Additionally, we designed and installed a vegetable garden, which provides the homeowners fresh vegetables from their own yard. From the first meeting to the final walk-through with the clients, we remained consistent to our quality craftsmanship and commitment to the client’s satisfaction. The results resulted in a beautiful landscape that honored the elegance of the Tiburon Estate while supporting the homeowners’ outdoor living experience. The clients were delighted in the new beautifully designed landscape of their own individual and family oasis.
