(Cincinnati, OH) The sought to create an inviting outdoor space which can truly combine form and function to become an ideal location for gatherings with family and quiet evenings alike. Step 1: it all started with design we met with the homeowners to do a great deal of front end work so we understood the vision, felt the vibe and the color palette. In our design process we chose quality materials starting with durable, weather-resistant stone pavers in a warm, neutral color scheme that would blend in with the natural landscape. Our natural stone tiered fountain is a stunning focal point in this renovation, providing a gentle sound while also visually enhancing the patio. This was complicated by having a sloped land where our property is. The walks in this yard were terraced, and our talented team designed retaining walls for a gorgeous yet practical space without sacrificing beauty. Also, the lush greenery from ornamental grasses and flowering perennials gives a nice contrast against the stonework, adding to the peaceful vibe. The end result is a stunning patio that captures the perfect balance of style and relaxation. Working with clients, they spoke of how the uninterrupted transition from indoor to outdoor space, through an impressive focal point (a fountain), was a perfect delight. Through this not only did they increase the curb appeal of the property, but also made it a peaceful escape that embodies the spirit of outdoor living. Proud of this space for J.R.
