The designs reflect our understanding of individual client needs and aesthetics, a hallmark of our commitment to quality and design-driven solutions. One of the most challenging parts of our job was working with such limited outdoor space in urban environments, creating designs for tiny backyards or even rooftop gardens. With attention to usability and aesthetics, we got inventive in design, including vertical gardens, outdoor spaces acting as multi-functional living areas and plant varieties that would be suitable in a metropolitan environment. For example, we turned a tight Manhattan rooftop into a quiet retreat. Incorporating a diversity of native plant species with the use of durable, weather resistant materials such as composite decking and custom planters, not only added beauty and richness to the space but also contributed to the local biodiversity. Strategic planting and windbreaks overcome the challenge of wind exposure from the urban terrain, allowing the plants to thrive. Naturalization Our team helped bring new life to a community park in the Bronx by planting native trees and flowering shrubs to enhance seasonality and improve air quality. Sustainable Paving This incorporated permeable paving to manage stormwater runoff in the middle of the city. Whether it is manicured hardscapes in Brooklyn or blooming landscapes in East Elmhurst, each showcases our commitment to detail and the mind of our clients. Our clients were thrilled with the final results, which provided them with great lifestyle and functional spaces appealing to their homes.
