Duneland Beach Stop 35 Residence Planned Environment Associates is excited to introduce the 'Duneland Beach Stop 35 Residence,' a beautiful landscaping set in the beautiful Duneland Beach. This exemplifies our commitment to quality, creativity, and environmental harmony for the discerning clients of Beverly Shores, Chesterton, Dune Acres and beyond. The landscape design included a carefully selected palette of native plants to promote biodiversity and require minimal maintenance in the often-challenging coastal environment. We sourced locally for the stone used in the pathways and retaining walls for hardscaping to have elements that seamlessly fit within the natural contours of the site. The work was challenging, as the overall thin, eroded soil conditions and access up a cliff and steep topography provided accessibility challenges. The engineering and meticulous planning required an extra layer of resilience building, but it creatively produced a great, aesthetically pleasing overall product. To create a warm and inviting outdoor space, we included multi-level terraces with colorful perennial gardens and a gentle water feature and fire pit area for gathering family and friends. The use of sustainable materials for the only elevated the visual and alignment with eco-friendly practices Planned Environment Associates are known for. What was completed was a stunning landscape, tying in beautifully with the natural character of Duneland Beach while providing the homeowners with a personal escape that exceeded their vision. The clients were thrilled with the result, commenting that we incredibly exceeded their expectations and with we provided. The completed demonstrates Planning Environment Associates continued expertise and excellence in creating landscapes that improve the quality of life while being environmentally conscious.
