South Miami Residence Tropical Turf is excited to showcase the South Miami Residence , a beautiful transformation that embodies our passion for quality landscaping and customer satisfaction. Located in the lively South Miami area, this highlights the blend between the tropical look and outdoor living areas. The landscaping design utilizes a beautiful combination of native plants, palm trees, and colorful flowering shrubs, all selected for the durability they contribute to the South Florida climate, as it can be very hot and have excessive rain at times. Quality materials were incorporated: natural stone pavers were used for walkways and the patio, creating lovely spaces to relax and entertain summer evenings with family and friends. Additionally, we created a centerpiece using a custom-built wooden pergola covered with vines as a natural sanctuary for leisurely family gatherings. We faced one major challenge of the property: the land was uneven and dealt with poor drainage. Our qualified team leveled the ground and put an extensive drainage system in place, allowing the water to flow while taking evasive measures to avoid erosion. Additionally, we employed xeriscaping principles to minimize water usage while adequately preserving the lush look of the landscape. The South Miami Residence is a striking oasis that brings beauty and functionality together. Our clients were pleased to have a new outdoor retreat, enjoying the effort for the and vibrancy of the plants while contributing to sustainability and curb appeal to their home.
