Miami Beach Residence by Tropical Turf Deep in the heart of Miami Beach, Tropical Turf’s Miami Beach Residence landscaping focused on our desire for exceptionalism and innovation. Serving the lush land of Miami-Dade, Broward, and Monroe counties, we set to transform this residential property into a serene space of beauty. A complete redesign of the site with native plants suited for the coastal environment was implemented. We increased the overall natural beauty of the property while promoting sustainability with a beautifully-contrasting palette of bougainvillea, palms, and grasses. Functionally, permeable pavers were utilized throughout the driveway to allow water drainage from the frequent rains to flow through rather than pooling on the surface. A challenge throughout the was the limited space and sloped terrain on the property. Tropical Turf was able to use innovative grading solutions to create tiered garden levels that facilitate the sublime uses of the landscape with increased visual depth. Tropical Turf installed a private irrigation system properly designed for efficient water use ensuring the new plant life would thrive before drought set in. The featured part of the was an outdoor living space highlighted by a comfortable fire pit, cozy chairs for leisure or entertaining. The combination of soft lighting for landscapes and various highly discriminated bold tropical plants proved to have dramatic effects during evening gatherings! Overall, the final product of the Miami Beach Residence was a phenomenal landscape that exceeded both the client’s need and desire while providing a new retreat and leisure space. The Tropical Turf team was proud to provide a quality delivery while creating our type of Miami Beach living!
