The d “Front Entries & Walkways” is a great example of our commitment to quality and creativity; it took place in the lovely towns of Arlington Heights, Barrington, and surrounding areas. Our process began with a thorough consultation to fully understand the client’s vision for their front entryway and walkways. Our talented team drew out a design that would mesh well with the existing architecture and utilize varying natural elements that draw one in, and spark excitement. The walkway was created from a durable, eco-friendly permeable paver which allowed for a durable path, while assisting with drainage so that water would not accumulate on the pavers or damage the landscape’s integrity. Next, we added lush native plantings that lined either side of the walkway with ornamental grasses and perennials that popped with color. Next to which, we strategically placed several solar-powered lights to provide a beautiful glow at night, while also providing safety and ease while strolling under the stars at night. One challenge we encountered for this unique was the topography of the property with uneven grading and additional cutting needed for the angled runs of pavers. However, we believe that our skilled crew addressed this concern well, with every single element hitting the mark for points of alignment, function, and visual appeal. The end result? It ended in a stunning front entry & walkways that both looked beautiful and delighted the customer, while created envy in the surrounding neighborhood. The pathway combined with the thoughtful plantings, and painstaking craftsmanship left this homeowner’s space welcoming & warm as a space that friends and family could congregate by.
