The was designed to create an outdoor sanctuary that fits seamlessly with the client's Mediterranean-style home. The landscape centerpiece is the aesthetically pleasing infinity-edge swimming pool that is surrounded by an all-natural stone-decking area. Custom-built cabanas and lounging-type areas, made from sustainable materials, complete the outdoor living area. Uniquely beautiful flowers and trees composed of drought tolerant species, including native Californian plants, were extensively researched in order to enhance the biodiversity of the area while keeping the water usage low. Again, due to the difficult configuration of the lot, every inch of land had to be graded and stabilized so as to give a balanced appearance to the . This was also true of the installation of a water saving, stateof-the-art irrigation system, one that insures the best in botanical quality while conserving water to the fullest extent.
