Specifics of the The plan began with an extensive design plan centered around the features of the property. The front yard received a beautiful mix of planted native drought resistant plants that had colorful succulents and fragrant California poppies, that contributed to a colorful, yet low maintenance landscape. A winding stone path of local river rock encourages guests to stroll the beautiful plantings; with LED landscape lighting to show off the plant material at night. In the back yard, the terrain was uneven and called for some strategic grading and terracing. Our skilled staff built a multi-level patio using high quality, sustainably sourced hardwood to allow for an inviting outdoor living space. The space includes a custom built firepit and comfortable seating, to make gathering with friends and family enjoyable. Finally, we set up a complete drip irrigation system to conserve some water use and align with the client's sustainability goals.
