Stone Fireplace by VIVID Landscape & Lighting VIVID Landscape & Lighting has recently finished a beautiful of a stone fireplace that has redefined an outdoor entertaining area for our client in Newburgh. The custom built installation is a stunning combination of natural beauty and functional designideal for cozy evenings under the stars! Using locally sourced durable fieldstone, our team designed and built a fireplace that will provide both a statement piece to the backyard while enhancing the existing outdoor environment. The was the result of the detail put into planning and designing the fireplace, taking into consideration all the existing outdoor elements while incorporating the vision of the client who wanted a warm and inviting atmosphere whenever they were outside. One of the design challenges we faced included the construction of the fireplace itself within the existing hardscaping while maintaining proper water drainage across the site. To help with this, our team carefully graded the site and positioned the stones in a way that worked with the existing hardscaping, while keeping the final aesthetic in mind. The result is an incredible stone fireplace with a rustic mantle, a large fire pit area, and a full border of native landscaping and gravel pathways. Lighting also helps enhance the ambiance to invite both family and friends around for an evening to remember. The client was extremely pleased with the and mentioned the fireplace was now the focus of many outdoor gatherings.
