The Full Landscape & Lighting Installation Recently, VIVID Landscape & Lighting successfully executed a complete landscape and lighting installation that completely changed a residential property in Newburgh for customers in the surrounding areas Chandler, Darmstadt, Evansville, Henderson, Inglefield, and Melody Hill. Our aimed to enhance outdoor living and curb appeal while preserving functionality and sustainability. Scope of work included vibrant flower beds of curated native plants that bloom throughout the seasons to provide non-stop color and interest. We also utilized quality environmentally friendly soil amendments to ensure sustainable growth. A nicely designed walkway with a durable permeable paver ran throughout the garden, offering a genteel route for visitors along with proper drainage and reduced runoff. One of our challenges was adjusting the uneven site and attempting to manage the invasive root systems already present, which would interrupt the design flow. Our team carefully and professionally used grading and root barriers to address these struggles so that the new landscape could flourish uninterrupted. We also included a modern irrigation system with a drip line and moisture sensors to save water and produce lush greenery with minimal effort. In a carefully planned manner, we added a thoughtfully placed low voltage lighting system to further create a centerpiece of the outdoor space. The LED fixtures conveniently and effectively highlighted the presence of a beautiful oak tree, portions of the home façade, and the seating area for an inviting area in the evening after sunset. Overall, the final outcome was above the client’s expectations, transforming the property into a beautiful environment, uniquely merging aesthetic quality with functionality. The seamless transition between landscape and lighting culminated in another beautiful outdoor space, increasing curb appeal, while creating a retreat for family and friends.
