Synthetic Turf Installation at Manalapan Mansion The Manalapan Mansion Synthetic Turf installation was successfully completed by Southwest Greens of Florida. It is a testament to our promise of premium landscaped areas with creative designs. Located in Manalapan, this upscale estate needed a facelift that was both aesthetic and functional. We installed high-end synthetic grass, covering all extensive lawn areas, providing a fantastic, lush green sight year-round, with no maintenance offered by natural grass. The included several softscape features, with a colorful edge of native Florida plants, matching up nicely against the synthetic grass, providing an additional visual aesthetic to the . In keeping with the premium feature of this installation, we utilized quality, sustainable materials that closely imitate real grass, protecting the softness to create a safe place for the homeowner and their pets. This property had a few challenges, including uneven surfaces and a potential drainage situation that required precursor grading and proper drainage to ensure that the breed of grass would not fail after significant rain. Our professional team handled this flawlessly by adding a state-of-the-art drainage system to accommodate water runoff to maintain a structure’s durability in unsupported surroundings. The installation ended with a beautiful maintenance-free landscape that the client loved, giving their family an aesthetic area to entertain outdoors.
