Walkways by Holly Days Nursery & Landscaping We just wrapped up a fantastic , ‘Walkways’ at Holly Days Nursery & Landscaping, to finish out the outdoor space for a charming home at the top of our service area including Ambler, Blue Bell and well beyond. This was all designing and installing beautiful pathways that not only create more of a beautiful property but also serve more paths for family gatherings and for everyday use. We started working alongside the client to develop their vision. After muchPlanningWe chose high quality materials with natural stone pavers and permeable brick. We selected these materials not only for their appearance, but their durability and sustainability to withstand the typical Pennsylvania weather throughout the years. One of them was the fact that the property is on a slope. In terms of solution, the proposal was to create terraced walkways that maneuvered through the landscape, accepting the sloping nature of the property, but offering a safe and stable form of movement. We made sure that the walkways had a base that would stand the test of time with our professional team grading the soil and laying down a solid base. The end came out perfect a dramatic series of interlinked trails that melted into the landscape and added curb appeal to the home. The client was very happy with their glowing walkways that now welcome friends and family to enjoy the outdoors and make it a great space for summer barbecues and evening walks.
