GARDEN MANAGEMENT BRUMLEY GARDENS [] Welcome to Brumley Gardens 'Garden Management' , a landscaping that transformed the outdoor spaces throughout the dynamic areas of Lakewood, Lake Highlands, University Park, Highland Park, Oak Cliff and North Dallas. This was a large undertaking which blended professional architecture with high end construction and horticultural detail. It included a breathtaking mix of local species, hardy perennials, and ornamental trees, all chosen for their beauty, sustainability and streamlined maintenance. We used quality soil amendments and natural mulch so the plants would be happy in their new location. Soil conditions were variable from neighborhood to neighborhood, and was one of the major challenges encountered throughout the . To tackle these obstacles, we performed detailed soil testing; we created custom drainage solutions, soil conditioning techniques, and strategies to create an acceptable foundation for the level of plant growth required in the garden. Furthermore, we introduced features in hardscaping, such as stylish stone pathways, an outdoor patio and bespoke, decorative retaining walls that offer both natural shape and utility while continuing to blend in with the landscape. These features were carefully executed to not only stand the test of time in quality, but at the same time, remain in style. At the centre of the was the peaceful water feature, a focal point for the space and a wildlife magnet to help bring the gardens to life. Then the transformation was truly nothing short of exceptional. Our clients loved the new harmonious balance of form and function in their outdoor space. It has become a peaceful oasis to host family and a beautiful space to entertain and it has added nothing but value and a greater resale opportunity for the property.
