Brumley Gardens in the Backyard Space Brumley Gardens is a company that prides itself on beautifying outdoor spaces and our latest , "Backyard Space" speaks volumes of our professionalism and creativity. Set in the bustling neighbourhood of Lakewood, we were allocated the task of transforming a basic back yard into a dreamy oasis for our clients. During our initial consultation, we were excited to discover the clients wanted to include both relaxing and social spaces in their vision. Obviously the property is on a slope, and so this was dealt with by composing the levels to be tiered, so there would be diversity of space, with areas set aside for casual sitting, for dining, for gardening. Choosing beautiful materials like natural stone for the patios, weather-resistant hardwood for the decking, and landscaping fabrics that were more sustainable, to help ensure that it lasted. A custom-designed fire pit with seating so you can enjoy evenings by the fire with family and friends, and a lush garden with native plants that bring local wildlife to your yard with little maintenance. A winding path, adorned with solar lights, serves as both a functional and aesthetic element, lighting the way when the sun goes down between the different segments. Perhaps we brought in a little luxury with a gentle a water feature that brings a little visual focus as well as gives off a tranquil sound creating a peaceful ambience. In the end, we created a balance of design and function that our clients were thrilled to.
